Honest Honoring?

We live in a fallen world, and constructing an enclosed Christian community focused on traditional institutions will not push out the evils of “the world”—the culture we create, Christian or not, is inevitably compromised simply by its being human.

So when the choice comes down to protecting a broken vision of marriage or embracing new visions of human institutions that better protect both men and women, those who choose to divinize the old vision are falling prey to a very dangerous kind of idolatry.
