The Mullets and the Code...

Hasn't that hairdo been long dead and only remembered when one sees some 80's country music album, or a photo of Yanni? Didn't we stop using the term "Hairdo" a long time ago? I mean, really, who on earth would for a single moment consider themselves as grist for the Mullet mill?
And yet people do.

Similarly, who on earth would believe the Da Vinci Code's far-fetched, numerology-oriented tripe being peddled as fact?
And yet people do.
Why?

Here's my take;
I have found a secret meaning in the New Testament connecting both;

Believing false doctrine...
...and...
...Wearing a mullet hairdo.

I shall be forever grateful to the staff at the Chron....

Here's the connection. You see, in order for one to believe false doctrine, one must actually be looking for it. People do this all the time because they don't want to know real truth. The following text is from 2 Timothy 4:2-4 (KJV)...

For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

I ask the question; What must one posess in order to go after "strange fire"? According to the bible in 2 Timothy 4:3, one must have...
"Itching Ears".

Now here it comes... I ask you, What is the first sign of a new haircut?
"Itching Ears".

AAAAAA-HAH!

So, you see now how clearly the scripture forecast this tragic, global conspiracy far in advance of anyone even hearing the term "Mullet".
