Qualifying for a Return

You know you're an idolater when you can't seem to find the motivation to get out of bed until you remember that the IRS may have deposited your income tax return into your bank account, and you want to get the phone so you can call and find out if it's in there!

...I am struck by how much more the thought of a tax return motivates me than the goodness of God....

May I be eager to roll out of bed every morning knowing that each day is one more opportunity to grow into a life of radical Love. Where does it come from and where can I get some? How did I ever qualify for a return that multiplies when you give it away?
